Don't let the fact that this recipe begins with a box cake mix fool you. It is rich and moist and comes out of the oven perfect every time.

Ingredients

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg (3.5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Beat eggs and oil with a mixer. Add remaining ingredients. Continue to beat until smooth.
Pour into prepared bundt pan.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Then, turn onto a cooling rack to cool completely.

Since the base of this cake is cake mix, there are so many things you can do. Add 1 cup mini chocolate chips and a vanilla glaze to take it up a notch.
