Honey Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

When you need a simple, easy, and flavorful side, these brussel sprouts are it.
Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 1/2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon coconut aminos
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 385.
In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Ideas
The orginal recipe called for soy sauce. I try to avoid soy, so I replace with coconut aminos when I can.
