Wynn and I tag teamed dinner tonight. I marinated boneless chicken thighs. He grilled them. They were flavorful, tender, and juicy. So, so good!


6-8 boneless chicken thighs

For the marinade:
1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons paprika
1 Tablespoon crushed, minced garlic
1 Tablespoon dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


Place chicken thighs in a gallon ziploc bag. Set aside.

Mix the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour marinade over chicken thighs. Seal bag and shake or massage the bag to evenly coat both sides of each chicken thigh.

Leave them in the bag or place them in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to grill. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill on both sides until evenly cooked through (about 10-12 minutes).


I used a Robust Olive Oil for the marinade since we were grilling the thighs. It's alos more flavorful than a light olive oil.
I marinated the thighs for a few hours.
